The following prices are as follows (a $27.50 recording fee bill be added to each transaction):
City Residents:

- Half lot - $200.00
- Quarter lot - $110.00
Nonresidents:
- Full lot - $500.00
- Half lot - $260.00
- Quarter lot - $135.00
